The RISK you can't afford to take after weight loss surgery.
You CANNOT afford to take this RISK after weight loss surgery! I'm on my soapbox today with this one - and bariatric surgery outcome studies support me!
We all did so many diets before surgery, joined so many weight loss programs. But having weight loss surgery IS NOT THE SAME as being a member of Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Lindora, or other weight loss program.
Do you REALLY want to live your healthiest and happiest life? I know you do - that's WHY you had weight loss surgery...to live your best life to the fullest!
THIS bariatric surgery guideline, if avoided, can land you in the hospital with irreversible damage. I know that's not what you want for your life. And even if you're feeling good and looking good, that doesn't mean all is well.
I'm staying on my soapbox until you HEAR ME OUT! Because I care about you and want the best for you.
So, let's get started.
